A Colorado native, with an eye for design all her life, Amber studied interior design at ACC and received her degree in 2016 and now can’t imagine herself doing anything else. After starting out in residential E-design, she had the opportunity to join a renowned multi-studio firm in the Denver area, where she gained invaluable knowledge of the design industry. With this experience in her repertoire, she established her own firm in 2021 which has been primarily focused on kitchen, bath and whole home renovations. She enjoys connecting with homeowners to provide an all inclusive partnership and occasionally steps into a dual designer/project management role to provide a cohesive and seamless process for everyone involved.
Jessica is a skilled interior designer with experience in residential, commercial, and lighting design. She enjoys working with clients to design a space that truly represents their style so they will love and enjoy it for years to come. Personally, she enjoys spaces that feel bright, timeless and highly functional for the user. Jessica received a degree in interior design from Arapahoe Community College and a degree in Business Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver. With this combination she can provide both design and project management for each project, ensuring a successful completion.
Derek Haughey is a native of Colorado who fell in love with design at a young age. He has always been one to walk into a space and immediately start planning the changes he would implement. Derek graduated from the Interior Design program at Arapahoe Community College in 2015 and began his career working for a local custom cabinet manufacturer and quickly fell in love with the intricacies and details of custom cabinetry. After having the opportunity to work for one of the top luxury kitchen designers in the country honing his skill over the last four years. Derek founded Lisbon + Dover and is ready to share his passion for cabinetry and design with anyone who will listen.
Krista Reese is an award-winning designer who has built a thriving residential design practice by focusing on customer service, attention to detail, and proactive communication throughout the design and renovation process. She is both an NKBA Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer (CKBD) and a Certified Living in Place Professional™ (CLIPP™) and loves collaborating with and helping her clients transform their homes into a sanctuary that is beautiful, functional, and safe. A former software developer who decided to go back to school for Interior Design after going through many home renovations herself, she has B.A. in Economics and Psychology from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an A.A.S. in Interior Design from Arapahoe Community College where she is now also an Adjunct Instructor of Interior Design.
With over a decade of success, Marlena Carson has established a glowing reputation and a rapidly growing client base. A Colorado native and a graduate from the Art Institute of Colorado with a BA in Interior Design, Marlena began her career at an architectural lighting firm. She quickly realized her particular mastery of lighting design. This, combined with an excellent eye for detail and quality materials and years of experience in the home building industry, has paved the way to a fulfilling career in custom interior design.
